Cancelling appointments

Your appointment time is set aside specifically for you.

If you’d like to cancel your appointment, please let me know 48 hours before the appointment. This will allow me to offer the time to clients on our wait list.

A full appointment fee will be charged for any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Cancellations due to illness

If you are experiencing cold (runny nose, sore throat, cough) or flu symptoms, please let me know to cancel your appointment.

If you need to cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours notice, please get a doctors’ certificate and we will be able to waive the cancellation fee.
